If Forest Highlands was a band, I think it would be...
Pearl Jam. They, too, wear plaid but are a bit more woodsy.
If Forest Highlands was a dog, I think it would be...
A West Highland terrier, a breed described as “smart, confident & adapts well to both city & country-side life” similar because many residents in this beautiful neighborhood split their time between mountain & city living. And of course, Forest Highlands offers world renowned golf (so both are Scottish originals.) The Westie is probably great at keeping the course free of pesky gophers too!
If Forest Highlands was a cast iron dish, I think it would be...
Deep dish Chicago style pizza. What’s more inviting to friends and neighbors than a thick slice of pie and a beer.
If Forest Highlands was a Star Wars character, I think it would be...
Wicket the Ewok. Living amongst the trees, with a strong sense of community, and knows how to throw a solid dance party.
If Forest Highlands was a car, it would be...
A Cadillac, classic, well-built, and can always be relied on.
If Forest Highlands was a professional athlete, I think it would be...
Jack Nicklaus, since it’s a very mature golf community with classy residents.

Flagstaff has historically had a market based on high demand and low inventory. This creates a seller’s market, with buyers scooping up Flagstaff homes quickly as they come on the market. In the past 20 years, home prices have increased in Arizona by an average rate of 4.15%. In 2021 – they doubled!
