KEITH COHEN

Keith Cohen has been an active member of the community since relocating to Flagstaff from the Phoenix Valley, including organizing neighborhood food drives and participating in community roadside clean-up efforts. With an MBA from Arizona State University and previous professional experience in the Customer Service/Relationship Management fields, Keith believes that the experience is equally important as the end result.

Driven by a passion to promote fair housing and diversity, in 2023 Keith earned the National Association of REALTORS®️ “At Home With Diversity” certification. In addition, Keith has recently served on Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS®️ (NAAR) committees, including the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee and MLS Committee. KELLY KASPRZYK

REALTOR® Kelly Kasprzyk is a 1996 graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and public relations. Kelly came to NAU from Wyoming on a university golf scholarship. She has been practicing real estate in the Arizona market since 2003.

Prior to real estate, Kelly was the Director of Fundraising and Event Coordination for the NAU Athletics Department. Kelly is a professional who enjoys matching her clients’ lifestyles with the perfect property. Kelly prepares everyone involved for what lies ahead, and she makes sure they understand each step and they look forward to the process. She has worked in and enjoys all areas of real estate, from first-time home buyers to her current expertise of luxury sales. With an emphasis on the private golf communities of Pine Canyon, Forest Highlands and Flagstaff Ranch. Kelly is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative® and has received the GUILD™ certification for luxury home sales. Kelly prides herself on having high confidentiality and discretion when dealing with clients.

In Kelly’s spare time, she enjoys volunteering and serves as the Vice President for the Skyjacks Foundation, the Arizona Community Foundation as well as the co-chair for the Northern Arizona ChildHelp chapter. In 2019 Kelly was selected as a board member for the Arizona Golf Association. When Kelly isn’t working with her clients or volunteering, you will find her hiking the mountains with her Bernese Mountain dog, Sierra, or playing a round of golf. Kelly is also the head cheerleader for local start-up companies Machine Solutions, Symple Surgical and POBA Medical.

CODY Bauer

Cody brings Midwestern values and a results-driven mindset to Arizona real estate. Originally from Iowa, his strong work ethic and commitment to community are at the heart of a client-focused approach. Now based in Flagstaff and Phoenix, he specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate the dynamic markets of Flagstaff, Sedona, Scottsdale, and Phoenix.

With hands-on experience in boutique brokerages, large office environments, and corporate real estate, he offers a well-rounded, strategic perspective tailored to each client’s goals—whether it’s a primary residence, a peaceful retreat, or an investment property.

Jerome Naleski

Serving the real estate community since 2003, Jerome is a fourth-generation Flagstaff native. He has been married to Jill for 25 years and has 2 teenage daughters, Georgia & Grace. He is very active in the community, most recently as the School Board President at Flagstaff Junior Academy, and is a volunteer coach for the 5x running State champion mountain bike team at Flagstaff High School.

In the past, he was the 2010 Board President for the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors, on the Flagstaff 2010 Regional Plan committee, and is a graduate of the Flagstaff Leadership program. For fun, he rides mountain bikes, camps, and travels, supporting his family with all their extra-curricular activities. Jerome is constantly looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and continue his real estate education.

As a former educator, I believe knowledge empowers decision-making. I hold a master’s degree in international education and have worked in educational positions at NAU, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and the Columbus Museum, as well as being a preschool, kindergarten, and first-grade teacher. I have also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine and Sierra Leone. My dedication to service drives my work as a volunteer, educator, director, and now as a realtor.

I understand the joys and challenges of the moving process, having moved 20 times myself to places such as Paris, Cairo, New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles. However, my roots run deep in Sedona, where my grandparents founded Verde Valley School in 1946. My family currently lives in Sedona, my daughter attends elementary school in Flagstaff, and I work in both the Verde Valley and Flagstaff areas.

I love traveling, my close-knit family, trying new foods, dancing, and being silly with my daughter. My greatest treasures in life are friends who feel like family and family who feel like friends. In my professional life, I find similar joy in the relationships I build with clients who often become friends or friends who become clients.

ERIC DAVIS

I’m Eric Davis, Co-Owner and Managing Broker of Best Flagstaff Homes Realty, and a lifelong Flagstaff resident. Helping people navigate real estate in the community I call home is something I genuinely care about.

I entered real estate in 2004, and in 2021, Jessica Garard and I founded Best Flagstaff Homes Realty.

As a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), I’m passionate about guiding Buyers and Sellers through an ever-changing market. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a long-time property, or planning your next move, my goal is a smooth process and strong outcomes.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy time with my wife, kids, and grandkids. I’m an avid motorcycle rider and completed a solo ride to Alaska in 2025, with plans to tackle the Arizona Backcountry Discovery Route next. I also enjoy archery, hunting, and fishing throughout the year.

Giving back matters to me. I served as one of the first citizen commissioners on the City of Flagstaff Housing Commission and proudly sponsor four Vitalant blood drives each year to support our mountain community.

JESSICA GARARD

DESIGNATED BROKER for Best Flagstaff Homes. Jessica Garard is a Flagstaff native, an NAU graduate, and has always called Flagstaff home. She has loved her career as a REALTOR® since 2006, helping buyers and sellers navigate through the Flagstaff real estate market. Jessica and Eric teamed up in 2009 and formed a great team. She is excited to evolve that into the best locally owned brokerage in Flagstaff.

Jessica prides herself on being a knowledgeable, trustworthy source in the Flagstaff market. Her favorite parts of selling real estate are the lifelong relationships she has made. ARIN WHEELER

Arin is an Arizona native and long-time Flagstaff resident and business owner. She moved to Northern Arizona in 1997, residing in both Flagstaff and Williams. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from NAU in 2005 with a degree in Biology and Psychology. Arin was an early childhood educator and preschool owner in Flagstaff from 2001-2020. After nearly twenty years of serving Flagstaff families and leading childhood adventures, Arin decided to make a career change and become a REALTOR®️.

Arin is passionate about real estate and the power that home ownership brings to people, as well as its ability to be an incredible investment tool. After participating in numerous real estate transactions personally, it was obvious that becoming a REALTOR ®️ was an inevitable part of her future. Arin became a REALTOR ®️ in 2021 and has had a driven and successful start. She is motivated to help people define and achieve their goals while providing exceptional service.

Arin was awarded “Rookie of The Year 2022” by the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors. She served on the MLS committee for Northern Arizona Association of Realtors from 2021-2023 and served as the co-chair for the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee from 2022-2025.

When Arin is not working, she is playing hard. Arin has been a roller derby skater with High Altitude Roller Derby for nearly 10 years. Although she is retired from competing, she still loves hitting hard, getting hit even harder, falling down, and getting back up! Outside of derby, she can be found on the mountain bike trails, cross-country skiing, paddleboarding, camping, finding creatures in nature, and just being outdoors with her family, friends, and three French Bulldogs.
