This was our first time selling a house. We worked with Keith Cohen as our realtor, which was the best decision we could have made. Keith is detail-oriented, organized, and responsible – he kept track of all of the moving pieces of the sale from coordinating with painters and septic system inspectors to signing of the proceeds check. He was super friendly, and flexible, and allowed us, as the sellers, to set things in place (i.e., he didn’t push his own agenda).
