If you’re looking for a condo, Flagstaff Ranch has a small condo development called Aspen Shadows that could fit your needs. Condos in Aspen Shadows currently range from the mid $300,000’s to the low $400,000’s. You can find units in Aspen Shadows that range in size from approximately 2,500 square feet up to 2,800 square feet. They are often very nicely finished and could be a great option for a part-time resident that would like the comfort of having an HOA maintaining the property exterior. If you’re in the market for a bit of a larger home or yard, the townhomes offered at Aspen Ridge Estates may be what you’re looking for. Currently being built, these units range in approximately 2,300 square feet to 2,800 square feet, prices in this area currently range from about $480,000- to the mid $600,000’s depending on finishes and lot premiums. If you’d like to spread out a bit more, larger custom homes are available throughout Flagstaff Ranch as well. Ranging from cottage style homes in the 2,000 square feet range, all the way up to larger estates that can be 4,000 square feet or more, there are many different options for custom stand-alone homes. Homes of this type currently range in the mid $500,000’s to over $1 million, depending on size, finishes, and lot location. There are even lots still available in Flagstaff Ranch if you’d like to design your new dream home. Lots can be found from a cozy .14 acres to an acre or more and can vary in price from the mid $60,000’s to nearly $400,000.

So if you are looking at only a Social Membership, be sure to only look at homes that have a Social Membership assigned to them. Additionally, there are monthly dues ranging from $612-$982 our month depending on the membership type. There may also be additional dues associated with condominium properties as well. Once you know what type of lifestyle and membership you are looking for in Flagstaff Ranch, you can then begin shopping for homes that fit those criteria. If you’d like the convenience of a managed property for part-time use, then a condo may be your best bet. Or if you’d like a larger estate with room for family and guests, you may wish to select one of the many beautiful custom homes available in Flagstaff Ranch.
