Luxury Flagstaff Homes
We believe that all of Flagstaff is luxurious, with its year round sun and blue skies, the four seasons it offers and quality of life. However, we have narrowed down some neighborhoods where the homes price range from $650,000 and above.

SEARCH FLAGSTAFF REAL ESTATE
I usually don’t do reviews, but Kelly has done such an outstanding job for me for several years now. I bought my first property with Kelly in 2005. She was patient and professional. She took the time to show me several properties at various price points in several areas. Once I found “the one”, we wrote up an offer immediately. I still own that home and have since bought 4 additional properties with Kelly. I sold one of those with Kelly. We got the price I wanted. I will use Kelly any time I wish to do business in Flagstaff!
When we were relocating to Flagstaff , it was suggested that we contact Kelly Kasprzyk and we were so fortunate to have her as our real estate agent. Kelly is not only energetic and a joy to work with, she worked tirelessly and patiently to help us find the perfect Flagstaff home for our specific needs in this new locale. She not only knows this market and details of all neighborhoods in Flag, she was also extremely helpful during all parts of the process with offering through closure and then our move in. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
Kelly brought great energy and focus to my home purchase. She not only helped with the transaction, but recommended trades within Flagstaff to fix the flaws. Kelly worked well with the other broker and also my lender. I would highly recommend her!
We originally met Kelly as the listing agent on a home, we ended up purchasing. She was so professional and easy to deal with that we chose to list our existing home with her even though we knew several other realtors in Flagstaff thru my board position at Aspen Valley. One of the things that I am most impressed with is that she immediately gets back to you with any question you may have. She follows up on all the showings and quickly shares feedback. Very happy we picked Kelly to work with.
In the new age business climate of hyperbole by text, tweets and aps, Kelly Kasprzyk is driven by the traditional values of honesty, hard work and sincere follow through. Her character and authentic sensibility have established a real sense of comfort and trust. It is easy to recommend Kelly, and her values based business model.
