The average high in the summer is 80ºF and a low of 53ºF. During the cold season of late November to early March, the average daily high is below 49ºF. Market Trends
Flagstaff has historically had a market based on high demand and low inventory. This creates a seller’s market, with buyers scooping up Flagstaff homes quickly as they come on the market. In the past 20 years, home prices have increased in Arizona by an average rate of 4.15%. In 2021 – they doubled! Although new homes are being built in Flagstaff and surrounding communities like Bellemont and Kachina Village, we expect it to continue to be a seller's market for years to come.
