Townhome sales show signs of improvement in 2013
The median price of Flagstaff townhomes sold in April is up nearly $85,000 from last year, but that’s entirely because of what’s available and what is selling. Thirteen townhomes sold in April, four of which were brand new with upgrades. Both older and new townhomes are definitely competing with single-family homes because of the shortage of Flagstaff single-family homes in lower price ranges and those prices are generally up compared with last year.
The median price of the 13 Flagstaff townhome sales in April was $248,000. We’re also seeing an upswing in second home buyers this Spring – something we’ve not seen in several years.
