Nationally, new home sales continued to rise in November although at a slower pace than earlier months in the year. The Western Region of the country, which includes Flagstaff, of course, grew over 31%. New building in Flagstaff has definitely taken off and sales seem to be keeping pace with the builders’ construction efforts.
