For now, we continue to have a supply-demand imbalance that favors Flagstaff home sellers. That’s likely to fade in the spring as homeowners who have been waiting for the kind of price rise we saw in 2013 put their homes on the market. In addition, new homes are being built which will come on line in 2014 and even more in 2015.
2014 is likely, in hindsight, to have been a good year to sell a home.
