No surprise here: home buyers and home sellers use the internet to buy and sell homes. That’s why our website — BestFlagstaffHomes.com — is so popular in Flagstaff! The National Association of Realtors® does a massive survey of home buyers and sellers each year. This week NAR released The 2013 NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers and as it does each year the report examined the demographics, preferences, motivations, plans, and experiences of recent buyers and sellers. I’ll be poring through the data in the next couple of months and reporting it here and in my print newsletter.
