With four distinct seasons, Flagstaff’s weather offers something for everyone. Warm and bright sunshine in the summer, chilly mornings with colorful aspens in the fall, snow with freezing temperatures in the winter, and a mix of everything in the spring. The average high in the summer is 80ºF and a low of 53ºF. During the cold season of late November to early March, the average daily high is below 49ºF. Flagstaff has historically had a market based on high demand and low inventory. This creates a seller’s market, with buyers scooping up Flagstaff homes quickly as they come on the market. In the past 20 years, home prices have increased in Arizona by an average rate of 4.15%. In 2021 – they doubled! Although new homes are being built in Flagstaff and surrounding communities like Bellemont and Kachina Village, we expect it to continue to be a seller's market for years to come.
