If Flagstaff Ranch Was A Netflix Series, It Would Be….
If Flag Ranch was a Netflix Series, I think it would be Red Oaks, a hilarious Netflix series set in a 1980’s country club community on the East Coast. So basically the only thing that is a match is that Flag Ranch is a wonderful golf and tennis community. If you are a “long ball” hitter, than Flag Ranch is the golf course for you. A bit more yardage than the other golf communities.

"I usually don't do reviews, but Kelly has done such an outstanding job for me for several years now. I bought my first property with Kelly in 2005. She was patient and professional. She took the time to show me several properties at various price points in several areas. Once I found "the one", we wrote up an offer immediately. I still own that home and have since bought 4 additional properties with Kelly. I sold one of those with Kelly. We got the price I wanted. I will use Kelly any time I wish to do business in Flagstaff!"

"Eric Davis is an *amazing* agent. He walked us around a bunch of properties virtually before we arrived in town, and then helped us get a fantastic home that we love (not an easy task in this insane market). And what's more, he's been there every step of the way to help us find local handymen, remodelers, etc. He knows pretty much everyone in Flagstaff, and he's more than happy to help out. Also, to boot, he's one of the nicest people we've ever met. Can't recommend him and his agency highly enough."
