Snow Fun and Safety

If you’re coming to Flagstaff for snow play, please stick to the designated snow play areas. Just pulling off the road and playing in the snow is not only illegal, it’s dangerous.

If you can get there, the Arizona Snowbowl should be great this weekend, with 17 inches of new-fallen snow from this week’s winter storm.  Check out the current conditions and full ski area details on the website before you go. Be patient — traffic will be heavy and slow.

If you’re traveling, keep up with road conditions at the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Twitter feed (@ArizonaDOT), or go to http://www.az511.gov.  Be safe!
