Buying and Living in Forest Highlands

When clients are looking for a home in Flagstaff, they often ask us about specific neighborhoods and their unique characteristics. Here we would like to focus on one neighborhood in particular, Forest Highlands. Located just 5 miles south of downtown Flagstaff, Forest Highlands is Flagstaff’s longest established golf-centered community that is an attractive retreat for those wanting to relocate here full-time, or as a second home to escape the hot summers southern Arizona. Situated on 1,100 forested acres, and featuring two recently updated clubhouses, Forest Highlands is a great option to consider for those looking for a golfing community in Flagstaff.
