“Jessica and the team were tremendous to work with. They made the process of selling our home simple and fluid. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable team that knows the market.”

– CHELSEA M.

“I usually don’t do reviews, but Kelly has done such an outstanding job for me for several years now. I bought my first property with Kelly in 2005. She was patient and professional. She took the time to show me several properties at various price points in several areas. Once I found “the one”, we wrote up an offer immediately. I still own that home and have since bought 4 additional properties with Kelly. I sold one of those with Kelly. We got the price I wanted. I will use Kelly any time I wish to do business in Flagstaff!”

– MADELINE S.

“When we were relocating to Flagstaff , it was suggested that we contact Kelly Kasprzyk and we were so fortunate to have her as our real estate agent. Kelly is not only energetic and a joy to work with, she worked tirelessly and patiently to help us find the perfect Flagstaff home for our specific needs in this new locale. She not only knows this market and details of all neighborhoods in Flag, she was also extremely helpful during all parts of the process with offering through closure and then our move in. We couldn’t be happier with the results.”

– PENNY D.

“We had a wonderful experience buying our home with Tad Moore. He is patient and full of knowledge. He guides us through the process and helped us make some very tough negotiations. We felt lucky to have him our corner and fighting for us. Best experience by far in purchasing a home and this will be our third. I highly recommend Tad to anyone buying a home, he is a fantastic agent!!! He will go the extra mile and then some!”

– MELISSA M.

“Tad is a dream to work with. He bears the perfect balance of personality and professionalism. Additionally, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table and never makes you feel like a burden when you have a lot of questions. His instincts are spot on, and he puts a lot of time and effort into getting to know his clients likes and dislikes so he can guide them to their dream home. I highly recommend him!”

– JAMIE D.

“We can’t even begin to explain how wonderful [Best Flagstaff Homes Realty] has been! The moment we met Sara and Jessica, and later Eric, we were beyond impressed. The team’s communication and hard work ethic is unmatched. and I strongly believe their ” Team Concept” is one of the reasons why this particular realty group is and will continue to be so successful. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Sara, Jessica and Eric because truthfully, they went way above our expectations, and we are so incredibly grateful!”

– JAN & MITCH U.

“Eric Davis was recommended by a friend who had had a good experience with him. He was very patient with us over a long period of time always easy to reach and prompt in returning our calls. We never felt like he was just trying to “make a sale” but was looking for the right home for us, and indeed, he found that home. Would recommend him highly.”

– BILL & ROZ N.

“I love working with Jessica! She was there for me when I first bought my home and when I sold it to relocate. She was extremely helpful during both processes and I will be extremely sad that I won’t be able to work with her again. Both Jessica and Eric were great and available to help me when I needed it and I felt supported, especially during the selling process. They took something that was very scary for me and made it such an easy and painless process. I continue to recommend them to my friends in the area and highly recommend them to anyone reading this.”

– JOSE RAMOS GARCIA

“Working with Jessica and Eric were extremely helpful in helping me get the perfect house. I always felt they were working for me and not just out to make a sale. Jessica returned my calls promptly and arranged viewings quickly, which is important in the Flagstaff market. I would recommend them to anyone needing help finding a home.”

– CINDY S.
