Flash Post Flagstaff Home Sales for April 2014

Single family home sales in Flagstaff in April were up 15% in both price and volume compared to last year, according to my preliminary run on Northern Arizona MLS statistics today. Maybe I was wrong about the lack of sizzle in the Flagstaff real estate market? I don’t think so. Still only 61 homes sold in the month — matching December sales. From the looks of currently pending sales (Flagstaff homes under contract),  May is going to be a “sizzling” month.

The median price of Flagstaff single family homes sold in April is exactly $300,000.
