Homes Sold in the Flagstaff Area in May & Pending Homes as of 6/10/2025
Pending Home Sales
On June 10th, there were 100 single-family homes pending in the Northern Arizona MLS in the Flagstaff area. That is down slightly from the 107 pending sales reported on May 15th of this year. Looking at the year-over-year figures, sales volume was down from the 124 reported in June of 2024, as well as the 127 in June of 2023.
There are a lot more options for buyers looking to buy a home in the Flagstaff area. On June 10th, there were 267 active single-family homes in the Northern Arizona MLS. Of the 267 homes, 157 were priced under $1,000,000.

Flagstaff Home Sales for May 2025
The Flagstaff area had 71 ownership changes for single-family homes in May. That was right on par with the 70 from May of last year. Asking price, mortgage rates, and economic uncertainty remain the top concerns for buyers.
Median Sales Price for Homes in Flagstaff
The median sales price for single-family homes in the Flagstaff area came in at $800,500 during the month of May.
