Great story about a local environmentally sensitive area — Pumphouse Wash in Kachina Village
Many Flagstaff folks are familiar with the Pumphouse Greenway in Kachina Village. There are often volunteers walking through the area on “clean-up” days or guiding small walking tours to educate about the flora, fauna and wildlife. Today, the Arizona Daily Sun provides a different slant on the area — how did that pump house get built anyhow?
